Blue Arrow are looking for a Forklift Operator who would be interested in a temp only position, working up until the 9th May, based in Bridgwater. You must have forklift experience/forklift licence. Or you will not be considered for this position.
What are we looking for:
- A candidate with at least 3 months experience as a forklift operator.
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm up until the 9th May.
- Be reliable and punctual.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising consistently with Bag Production, Warehouse Supervisor, Transport Planners and site personnel to cooperate fully in establishing and maintaining efficient working methods.
- Unloading vehicles delivering goods to the warehouse with due care and attention to ensure correct product, quantities, and good condition, noting on the delivery paperwork any damage and/or deficiency. This should include notes of pallet damage and any accidental damage to material in stock.
- Ensure proper and safe storage of the goods to ensure that they are kept in good condition and stored in a way to ensure constant stock rotation.
- Follow all good housekeeping and warehouse procedure.
This position will be ideal for any candidates based in and around Bridgwater that are looking for an immediate starting position.
