Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our newly established Maidstone office. Are you looking for an apprenticeship role within recruitment? Skilled Careers are looking to take on an Apprentice for our new and growing Maidstone office. This is a great opportunity for a budding apprentice to build a career in a supportive recruitment environment with an experienced team who will encourage and influence you. We are looking for someone with the ambition and drive to use their apprenticeship to gain valuable recruitment and industry knowledge and skills initially as a recruitment resourcer to progress within Skilled Careers and evolve into a full 360 Consultant.
What you'll do at work:
- Register new candidates with Skilled Careers
- Re-Engage with existing candidates on the database
- Establish the top talent within the construction industry
- Contact relevant candidates daily to ensure smooth registration
- Effectively communicate with candidates via email and phone
- Develop professional working relationships with candidates and maintain excellent relationships to enhance the reputation of our company
- Verify and upload candidate documentation to the company database whilst recording activity
- Work as a team to allocate targets and achieve weekly/daily KPIs
- Understand compliance and industry requirements
- Assist managers in resourcing applicants
- Develop knowledge of clients and their projects
- Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
- Use candidate databases to find the right person for the client
- Utilise the database to its full potential for maximum reach
- Receive and review applications
- Conduct targeted searching using job boards/LinkedIn
- CV screening
- Prepare CVs and notes
- Handle enquiries
- Maintain administrative systems
- Keep well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keep computer databases up to date
- Follow up on business communications
- Handle all concerns within the agreed timeline

Commit to develop and meet personal objectives to support the business in meeting its targets. Welcome professional development and training. You will be working towards completing your apprenticeship within recruitment and will be given the time to study alongside gaining experience within the role. This will take approximately 12 months to complete.
