Responsibilities / Main Duties:
- Lead a team of 10 Regional Managers and up to 200 Retail Branch Managers within your division.
- Continually coach and develop your colleagues across the division.
- Through effective leadership drive a positive effect on increasing conversation, PPU and reducing losses.
- Promote the highest levels of customer service to our customers while maximising the performance of your team.
- Develop a culture of celebrating success as well as identifying how underperformance can be resolved.
- Strong commitment to the company’s brand, values and principles and reflect this in your team as part of their measured success.
- Accountability for ensuring the implementation of the company strategy on compliance.
- Review commercial KPIs to identify areas of concern and initiate appropriate plans.
- Report on and account for the performance of the Division.
- Ensure a consistent approach to performance management and disciplinary actions across all regions.
- Provide regular reporting and insight to the Senior Divisional Manager and other members within senior management structure in order to identify opportunities for driving the business forward.
