My client is a luxury lifestyle brand, which has specialised in timeless pieces for over 300 years. The house has built itself a distinguished and recognised client base of royal members, important officials and ultra high net worth individuals.
As a Sales Executive, you will specialise in the brands’ most renowned department. You will be a fantastic storyteller and extremely client-centric, curating strong relationships and creating memorable experiences for your guests are fundamental factors when driving sales goals. You must have luxury homeware or fine jewellery experience – as well as a passion for the brand, impeccable grooming standards, and be confident in handling high-value transactions.
The Role:- Delivering exceptional customer service and taking pride in developing long-term relationships
- Reaching CRM targets
- Personalising reach-out campaigns and utilising all clientelling tools to complete CRM tasks
- Capturing client data and noting all qualitative information
- Knowing and owning your portfolio of customers
- Offering excellent customer service delivering strong business performance
- Using all omnichannel services available to grow sales
- Actively completing training and participating in all commercial activities
- Working towards and exceeding given sales, KPIs, and CRM targets
- Adhering to impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming at all times
- Supporting after-sales clients and following up to ensure impeccable after-sales service
- Commercially minded
- Driven and hungry
- Fluency in another language is advantageous (e.g. Arabic)
