We are looking for Event Labourers to support skilled crews with general labouring tasks, including loading and unloading equipment, setting up temporary flooring, assisting with marquee builds, and other essential event setup duties. No prior experience in temporary structure construction is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers with labouring tasks such as carrying materials and equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, moving event materials efficiently.
- Lay temporary flooring, fencing, barriers, and other site infrastructure.
- Help assemble and dismantle event structures under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Be flexible with working hours and travel to different locations as required.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness - able to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Positive attitude and reliability - ready to work hard and support the team.
