What you’ll do:

• As a Product Manager in payments, you’ll be working closely with cross functional teams to improve customer experience and drive growth by creating roadmaps and prioritising features.
• Translate opportunities, needs and requirements into real world products.
• Work as part of an agile sprint team to deliver value early and often.
• Manage the product backlog to establish clear priorities and focus for the sprint team.
• Talk to stakeholders (internal & external) regarding their area of the product and understand their needs to create value.
• Use data to identify problems and understand potential solutions.
• Define success metrics to track customer and business benefit for feature releases.

What you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years’ experience in related Product role.
• Experience with payments.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Product Development Lifecycle.
• Epic/Feature/User Story writing skills.
• Ticket Management via Azure DevOps, JIRA or alternative.
• An Analytical and User Centred Mindset.
• Cross Functional Ways of Working.
