Requirements

  • A track record of significant impact working in marketing or growth teams at fast growing start-ups or scale-ups
  • Best in class at managing Meta or Google ads (both is a bonus!)
  • Impact driven, eager to have a real impact on the company, product, customers and colleagues and for continuous improvement
  • Customer-centric, you can empathise and understand customers' perspectives
  • Use data and customer research to make informed decisions, and can iteratively improve performance through test and learn frameworks
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change in priorities
  • Organised, accountable and driven - you’ll be self-motivated and not need (or want) to be micro-managed
  • Proactive at identifying and solving problems
  • Open to receiving and giving honest open feedback, and uses this to improve yourself and your work
  • You don’t need to have experience in the world of clean energy, but we are looking for someone who’s mission driven, and has a real desire to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives

What the job involves

  • You’ll take ownership of our performance marketing, creating ads and managing campaigns to meet growth and efficiency targets
  • Collecting and analysing data/customer research to understand needs and behaviours
  • Using A/B testing and conversion optimization to improve our ads, website and acquisition funnel
  • Working with internal and external teams to develop new ads, content and landing pages
  • Pragmatically support growth initiatives while maintaining a brand and experience that aligns seamlessly with the company's mission and values
  • Testing new channels and tactics, focusing on efficiency and doubling down on what’s most successful
  • Partnering with other teams to improve customer experience end to end, aligning your efforts to company objectives and targets
  • Analyse key metrics and report insights to Director of Marketing and senior leadership
  • Exactly how this role develops is largely down to the candidate, their strengths and desires for career growth. We’re looking for someone who is keen to take on more ownership, and is comfortable managing and supporting more junior team members
