We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, proactive Conveyancer to join a dynamic property team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients navigate the property buying and selling process with confidence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
- Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and manage searches
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Deliver exceptional client service with clear, timely communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum [X] years preferred)
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferred but not essential if experienced)
