The CompanyA Main Contractor predominantly operates in the commercial office sector, undertaking fast-track Cat A / Cat B office fit outs, as well as more complex office refurbishment projects. Company turnover is circa £150m, with project sizes ranging from £5m to £60m+.

The Role

  • Project Director - This role will see you work across new tenders, having an active and influencing role to help 'win work' alongside the rest of the preconstruction team.
  • You will also be managing the active delivery of multiple projects (number of projects will vary depending on complexity & size), with Project / Senior Project Managers reporting into you.

Experience Required

  • Experience in Central London Cat B fit out or commercial office refurbishments.
  • Experience at tender/preconstruction stage (2-stage tendering would be preferred).
  • Relationships with relevant consultants/architects etc.
  • Acting as Project Lead (#1 on site, managing the client, professional team etc.) on relevant projects.
  • Willingness to work in London 5 days a week.

The Salary

In return, this role would be looking to offer a salary ranging from £120,000 to £140,000 + Travel Expenses, Pension, Healthcare and Bonus Scheme.
