What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with regional leaders to shape and execute winning sales strategies
- Discover and convert new business opportunities – from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance
- Assess lending risk with care, ensuring each proposal is thorough, transparent, and compliant
- Support client retention and growth by assisting in annual reviews and day-to-day portfolio management
- Collaborate across departments to flag opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve processes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking to enable smarter decision-making
- Help protect the bank’s position by managing borrower requests that impact credit risk
- Champion the customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements
Who You Are
