- Maintain your professional competency within the prescribed Training & Competency (T&C) framework, supporting your continuous development.
- Actively and reactively promote loyalty offers to existing customers, working towards agreed retention targets with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver an exceptional, fully advised mortgage service to existing customers, covering re-mortgages, porting, further advances, and post-contract variations.
- Assess variations, applications, and affordability in line with Lending Policy criteria, ensuring all decisions align with prescribed policies.
- Take ownership of your performance by maintaining accurate sales logs and development plans, showcasing your commitment to growth and success.
- Ensure all customer accounts are accurately updated and documented, protecting data integrity and maintaining consistency across core systems while producing relevant management information.

About you:
- CeMap 1,2 and 3 or equivalent.
- Proven track record of sales and customer service.
- An excellent communicator able to demonstrate a high standard of telephony skills and the necessary skills required to overcome challenges of a non F2F environment.
- Curious, highly self-motivated and proactive in approach.
- Exceptional team working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
