We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our client's specialist independent practice based West of Ringwood, Hampshire/Dorset. We are looking for someone who not only loves collaborating with people but has excellent technical knowledge with incredibly high standards of clinical care. The practice has a passionate and diverse team of dedicated optical professionals who specialise in high-end eyewear, premium lenses and specialist clinical services.
Key Advantages:
- Basic salary of up to £38,000 + bonus scheme
- 45 minute - 1 hour testing times, offering the ability to gain a greater understanding of patients' concerns, needs and lifestyles
- The practice is modern, high-end and boasts beautiful working environments with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
- They use the latest innovative designs in spectacle lens technology, frame design and are well invested with equipment such as Optomap, OCT, Video Slit Lamp, Corneal Topography, Corneal Pachymetry and Digital Dispensing alongside a very efficient computerised management system
- They have 2 test rooms which are spacious and well-equipped, the practice itself is beautifully fitted, very luxurious and adopts a high-end environment
- Working with a wide range of designer and fashionable glasses with the ability to handpick the best frames and lenses for customers without having to be restricted to any one supplier
- The company runs a variety of unique specialist services and clinics including Glaucoma Assessment, Myopia Control, Visual Stress & Reading Clinics, Dry Eye Assessment, Squint & Lazy Eye Clinics, Complex contact lenses and Children's paediatric clinics
- Being part of a friendly, close-knit team of experienced optical professionals who have worked together for years and are all passionate about optometry
- Full support is provided in all areas of optical interest as well as opportunities for further training and additional qualifications

- Opening hours: Monday - Saturday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
- Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays
- Full and part time considered
- Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered
