We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Restaurant Manager to oversee and run the daily food and beverage operation in one of our fantastic restaurants within the Celtic Manor Resort, part of the Celtic Collection.
What are we looking for:
We require a highly skilled Restaurant Manager who has a hands-on approach and an ability to demonstrate they are capable of innovation, inspiring, training and leading a team. You will need a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to all of our guests.
What you'll do:
Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for the challenging role. Your experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star property or high end restaurant will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people management skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. We have high service levels within a volume environment.

The 170-bedroom Parkgate Hotel was opened in the city centre of Cardiff in Autumn 2021 in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second TÅ· Hotel opened its doors at Milford Waterfront in the Spring of 2022 in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven. In September 2019, The Celtic Collection launched the new International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture partnership with Welsh Government.
