We have a fantastic opportunity for Complex Liability Adjusters in the London/Southeast areas.

Role Overview: As a Complex Liability Adjuster, you will manage high-value and complex liability claims within the London/Southeast region. Your responsibilities will include investigating and handling claims to settlement in areas such as Public, Employers, and Products Liability. Alongside this, you'll play a key role in client relationship management, meeting with clients to enhance existing relationships and build new ones in the local and national markets. This role offers the perfect balance of office and remote working, allowing you to manage your professional and personal commitments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-value, complex liability claims, including Public, Employers, and Products Liability.
- Investigate and settle claims, ensuring a thorough and strategic approach.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, assisting with client development when required.
- Travel to meet clients and stakeholders, as needed.
- Work independently and flexibly with a forward-thinking mindset.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Progression towards ACII/ACILA preferred.
- Full UK Driving License (essential for travel).
- Proven experience in handling complex liability claims.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
