Responsibilities:
- You will be an SME which will pick up complex cases for example payroll, escalations, shift queries, absences, and flexible working, all while supporting and future proofing process improvements.
- Managing complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardisation to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies.
Required experience:
- Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations.
- Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems.
- Good understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Excel.
Available for the full 1-year FTC.
