The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Day rate to be discussed, 1 year FTC, office working. Location: Derby (2 days on-site).

Responsibilities:

  • You will be an SME which will pick up complex cases for example payroll, escalations, shift queries, absences, and flexible working, all while supporting and future proofing process improvements.
  • Managing complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardisation to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies.

Required experience:

  • Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations.
  • Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems.
  • Good understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Excel.

Available for the full 1-year FTC.
