Our client, a successful forward-thinking company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager for their very busy office in Hoddesdon. You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in property management, excellent organisation skills, and work well within a team as this role will require you to manage the portfolio of properties.
The role will be based in Hoddesdon, but there may be a requirement to work in their other local office sometimes. The company is also open to a Property Manager wanting to work part-time, but the salary will be pro rata'd.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Property Manager position include:
- Basic for full time £30,000 - £35,000 DOE (salary will be pro rata'd for part-time hours)
- Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm (Some flexibility on finish time)

Main responsibilities for this role of Property Manager include:
- Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
- Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
- Negotiating tenancy renewals
- Manage compliance
- Book end of tenancy checkouts
- Deal with deposits, deposit releases and any disputes at end of tenancy
- Property visits and inspections
- Arrange safety certificates
- Ensure regular communication with clients
