Nexus Resource Solutions have an excellent opportunity with a market leading fabrication and pipe work company for Admin Assistant. The Admin assistant will be doing a mix of tasks as and when the client needs. These will be varied and the role will be a fast paced working within a site based mechanical construction environment, so we’re looking people who are flexible and used to working in this sort of environment. The site is based in Alloa so it’s essential you’re local and can commute there every day. Duties but not exclusive of; * Reporting to the Project Manager * Data entry * Timesheet management * Ad-hoc admin tasks * Pulling reports from in-house system * Assigning job numbers * Any other tasks that may be required Hours/Wage * 39hr week * Up to £15ph PAYE * 2-3 months with a strong possibility of this going longer * 8am-5pm Mon-Thu, 3pm finish Friday Please note- We appreciate the time taken to apply to our vacancies.
