Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider who have grown exponentially in the Data Centre space. Due to contract success and securing new contracts across the country, our client is looking to make the key appointment of Risk & Compliance Manager.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Risk & Compliance Manager will be responsible for the Data Centre operational direction/leadership at the account level to advance the current risk and compliance offering on the client account. The Risk & Compliance Manager will develop relevant quality, health, safety & environmental (QHSE) information and circulate across the board and ensure that procedures are reviewed periodically and amended where necessary.
Additionally, the Risk & Compliance Manager will be responsible for undertaking site audits against the clients master service agreement to ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs, develop action plans to ensure consistency across Client account and campus teams.
About you:
- The successful candidate must understand the regulatory landscape, industry knowledge, and the ability to assess risks, solve problems, interpret data, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to review Incident reports and drive quality Root Cause Analysis to ensure Lessons Learned are embedded within the site Operation teams.
- Experience in a similar leadership role within Data Centres, Banking or Critical Environments is essential.
