We’re looking for an Estimator to join our growing team and take the lead on tendering and cost planning for projects across the UK. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and guide a Junior Estimator, delivering accurate estimates and helping shape winning bids.

Key Responsibilities:- Estimating & Cost Planning
- Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specs, and site visits
- Build tenders covering multiple trades: drywall, ceilings, flooring, M&E, HVAC
- Manage pricing across several live tenders, ensuring quality and profitability
- Work with project managers, sales and design teams to understand project scope
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Help refine scope and programme using site and commercial input
- Lead bid submissions and ensure they are clear, competitive, and commercially sound
- Experience with public sector tenders (schools, hospitals) is a strong advantage
- Support pre-construction planning and value engineering
- Work with the Commercial Director to monitor pricing trends and cost forecasts
- Maintain estimating tools and cost libraries (experience with Onscreen Takeoff is a bonus)
- Provide clear handovers to the delivery team
- Support and mentor the Junior Estimator
- Help improve internal systems and ways of working
