In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the businesses manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency, quality and safety are looking to be continuously improved at all times. This will include working collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve goals and optimise production.
Other responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.

Conduct regular audits of production equipment to ensure process adherence and optimal performance

Manage within production schedules and coordinate with supply chain and planning teams.

Collaborate with the R&I, Design Engineering and Asset Care teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

Degree qualified in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in a Production Engineering position showing examples of CI
-
Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD software.

Strong knowledge of Process capability measurement that drives improvement in safety, quality and cost.
