The role of Accounts Assistant:
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the business
- Processing supplier purchase invoices accurately
- Requesting supplier statements and reconciling to the purchase ledger for payment
- Assisting in chasing debtors and supporting credit control
- Performing daily banking tasks and generating end-of-day reports
- Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with month-end accounts preparation
- Performing general administrative duties as required by the finance team
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an accounts or finance role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
