All Our Bars Limited is a successful multiple pub company, currently with 9 venues. We are in the process of expanding and taking on more sites. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our bars in Hayes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the pubs and bars industry.
As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties:- Supervise and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Arrange live music acts/live bands for weekends in the bar.
- Promote the pub and come up with ideas to help drive sales, such as darts tournaments and sponsoring football teams, along with promoting live sporting events as the pub has Sky and TNT Sport.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and sanitation standards within the bar area.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Recruit new bar staff as needed.
- Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of bartending.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
