I am currently recruiting for a renowned 5* hotel looking for a talented, outgoing and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to work across the main 60cv restaurant, bar & lounge and terrace to lead their FOH brigade of 9 for their hugely successful operation in Berkshire.

The successful candidate must have strong 4/5* level restaurant or brasserie management experience and good wine knowledge (preferably WSET L2) for 1-2 years+ within 4/5* hotel dining operations within a midsize FOH team.

In this instance, applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
