Our Digital Auditor & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Manager with a blend of accounting & FSA skills, deep data terminology proficiency, and an understanding of advanced data techniques. This role is pivotal in refining audit methodologies through your expertise. While experience with analytics tools is not mandatory, a strong foundation in technology, exceptional data literacy, and advanced Excel skills are required. As a Senior Manager, you will lead data analytics on Audit engagements, managing diverse operational, finance, and ERP systems. Joining KPMG\’s Clara Analytics and Technology team, you will lead data analytics initiatives, providing strategic guidance across the CLR, FS & KPE portfolio. Why Clara? Analyse outputs to derive insights and identify areas for deeper testing, elevating D&A\’s role. Review D&A outputs, collaborating with technical teams to resolve discrepancies. Present complex analyses to audit teams using visualization tools like PowerBI and Celonis. Lead the technology agenda on audit tenders and Ignition events. Compile insights into reports and presentations for Senior Management and Audit Committees. Guide audit teams on data extraction and sharing processes. Ensure D&A documentation compliance and maintain audit files. Manage budgets, monitor finances, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Experience Leadership in financial statement audits and strategic D&A application. Ability to navigate complex data with a keen analytical mind. Identify root causes and provide impactful recommendations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Qualifications ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or equivalent, committed to ongoing professional development.
