The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.
We are working with a leader in the supply, installation and servicing of total door, access control, specialist glazing & partition solutions to recruit for their new Business Development / Area Sales Manager.
Reporting into senior management, you will be dealing with both new and existing clients promoting the brand and will require an ability to understand the needs of the client and best identify where they can provide an appropriate solution.
Duties include:
- Close and maximize sales opportunities in line with sales targets
- Following up calls with customers checking status of proposals
- Responsible for managing and updating quotations on the CRM system
- Hit and exceed sales targets set and agreed with Sales Director
- Prospect for potential new customers to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities which will lead to increase in sales
- Agree monthly and yearly targets and achieve same through existing client base whilst developing new revenue stream
What we are looking for:
- Previous sales experience within the construction industry
- Ability to work with architects and contractors
- Ability to deliver presentations comfortably
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work on own initiative with a drive to succeed
- Full clean UK driving license
