An exciting opportunity to join the hospitality team at a leading financial institution’s UK HQ in the City of London. The Deputy Hospitality Manager will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational delivery and continuous improvement of hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hospitality Manager in planning and overseeing hospitality operations.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of meeting room services, formal dining, large-scale conferences, and banqueting events.
  • Train, mentor, and develop the hospitality team, upholding the highest service standards through meticulous planning, coordination, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Liaise with the culinary team, client representatives, organisers, reservations, reception, furniture, and AV teams to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.
  • Lead daily briefings, ensuring clear communication and efficient task allocation within the hospitality team.
  • Demonstrate a safety-first approach across all hospitality operations.
  • Support optimal inventory management including ordering and stock checks.
  • Planning rotas and labour allocation in line with business levels.

Role Details:

  • Working Pattern: Flexible shift patterns across a Monday–Friday schedule.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, with 1.5x overtime pay for additional hours.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
