We are hiring 2 phone appointment setters based in the UK for inbound leads. You will be paid per qualified appointment set, and commission. This is NOT a closer role, however, there is potential for growth to an inbound sales closer in the near future.

We are looking for motivated, skilled salespeople seeking an uncapped income. You will receive warm leads and be part of a passionate, innovative property education and tech company.

This is a remote/working-from-home position. We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Proper Freedom team as the business continues to grow and develop.

What’s in it for you?

  • 100+ new leads a day to call.
  • Earn £25.00 for every approved qualified set you make for a closer.
  • Commission for a cold caller/appointment setter starting at 5% (selling £2,000 - £10,000 services).

What do we need from you?

  • Commit to taking 6-8 hours of calls a day, Monday-Friday (30-40 hrs/week) and 1 day on the weekend.
  • Ready to start ASAP.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Obsessed with results and empathetic towards our students.
  • Passion to earn and target driven.
  • Strong technical and online documentation skills.
  • Consistent, reliable, and always looking to improve.
  • Punctual with a positive “can do” attitude.
