Job Description

The role will involve direct leadership of our Front Office, along with the management of a 24-hour hospitality operation. You will be tasked with ensuring the upholding of exceptional standards for every guest when checking in and out and throughout their stay with us. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial and booking transactions are completed correctly, in a timely manner and in line with our brand standards and company procedures. You will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. This will be a hands-on role and you will be expected to lead from the front and uphold the brand values.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensures all Front Office policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Coordinates management of the Front Office department while on duty to ensure a smooth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction, seeking feedback on guest satisfaction and responding directly back to guests who experience any issues.
  • Strong & effective communication with all other departments.
  • Provides guidance and motivation to the Front Office team, creating an environment that allows colleagues to achieve job fulfilment and providing a path for career development with AccorHotels.
  • Responsible for balancing operational, administrative, and colleague's needs.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains new incentives through the promotion of our loyalty program ALL to motivate colleagues and maximize hotel revenue.
  • Ensures effective utilization & productivity of all colleagues through staff planning, hiring, scheduling & adhering to budget.
  • Adheres to and promotes the Company’s Health & safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable of all safety & emergency procedures ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
