Bar Duty Manager at Sable & Co, Liverpool Airport
Pay Rate: £12.63 per hour (From 1st April this will increase to £13.30 per hour) + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am. We offer additional service charge.
Shift pattern: Full Time, scheduled between 3 am and 11 pm, including weekends.
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A BAR DUTY MANAGER YOU’LL:
- Have previous experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
- Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service.
- Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries.
