The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our HR Consultancy stream. We have a strong and proven track record of delivering strategic HR projects, including pay and reward, workforce planning, organisational design, and wider people strategies. We also support organisations with executive and non-executive search and recruitment.

Location: Home working, with the ability to travel to our offices and client sites

Hours: Full time (35 hours), Monday to Friday

The Principal Consultant will work closely with senior leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with business goals. This hands-on role involves advising clients on HR best practices, driving people-focused projects, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership teams to design and execute HR strategies that drive business performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Lead and manage key HR projects across various areas, including talent management, performance management, organisational design, and employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices, policies, and HR trends to help clients enhance their people operations.
  • Use data and HR analytics to inform and guide strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that HR strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR or consulting role with expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HR technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources or equivalent.
