As our Internal Communications Business Partner (IT & Change), you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective internal communication strategies that support IT and Change initiatives including those that impact the Society as a whole. You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with transformation goals.
A key part of this role will be supporting the Change Excellence Programme, ensuring employees understand and adopt best practices in change management, and the Operational Resilience Programme, helping to drive awareness and engagement around critical resilience initiatives.
Here’s a taste of what you will be doing:
- Craft and Execute Strategies: Develop and implement internal communication plans for IT & Change programs, aligning with business goals. Provide expert communication guidance to IT & Change leadership.
- Drive Cultural Change: Support initiatives that help employees embrace new ways of working. Partner with IT & Change leadership to create engaging messages that resonate with employees. Translate IT & Change initiatives into clear, compelling narratives.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop content for various internal channels, including emails, intranet updates, town halls, videos, and digital signage.
- Manage Communication Plans: Plan and deliver communication strategies for key transformation projects.
Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within IT, digital transformation, or change management environments. Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify technical information. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using digital communication tools such as intranets, enterprise social networks, and video platforms.
