The predicted salary is between 24800 - 34800 £ per year.
The Service Improvement Officer (SIO) will be supporting the team and guiding the organisation in delivering excellent customer service across all areas of the business. Working as part of a small team, the SIO will gather and analyse insight, manage the organisations Complaints Process and support the organisation to identify improvement and implement change.
It is essential you have:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to formulate, analyse and produce reports
- Ability to problem solve using data and insight effectively
- A good knowledge of IT systems and an ability to navigate multiple systems
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience working in customer focussed roles
- Experience working across different service areas

Working Arrangements
This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You will generally be expected to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs.
