Are you a target-driven sales professional with a knack for building lasting customer relationships and a passion for cutting-edge metrology solutions? Join our expanding Aftermarket Sales team within the Metrology & Inspection division and help us deliver world-class software, support agreements, training, accessories and retrofit solutions to our loyal customer base.
What You'll Do
- Territory Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for software agreements, support contracts, training and accessories. Proactively engage customers to ensure high satisfaction, retention and contract coverage.
- New Business Generation: Self-source and qualify leads via cold calling, networking and referrals. Develop and execute strategies to drive new opportunities across your territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build deep, consultative relationships to understand customers' needs. Leverage the full ZEISS portfolio to deliver tailored aftermarket offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across Sales, Technical Support and Applications to close deals and drive growth.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Overcome objections and consistently achieve closing targets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to refine your approach.
- Product Mastery: Stay current on software releases, support offerings and accessory upgrades. Educate customers on new features and long-term value.
