TSA surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently looking for Retrofit Assessors to carry out assessments on social housing contracts in Leicester.
As a Retrofit Assessor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties including EPC, condition, occupancy and ventilation.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Carring out condition, ventilation, occupancy and energy ratings
- Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards
- Inspect various aspects of the property, including insulation, heating systems and other energy related features
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
- Experience in energy
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor Level 3 for older and traditional buildings
