A Typical Day in the Job
- Support the ongoing development and accuracy of their e-commerce platform, SwiftCloud
- Assist with uploading and categorising product data to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on digital platforms
- Manage internal communications via their company intranet, The Loop
- Upload news, updates, events, and content to engage and inform colleagues
- Coordinate team features such as shout-outs, birthday announcements and internal campaigns
- Apply brand guidelines to internal PowerPoints, Word docs, and PDFs
- Help produce internal newsletters, training decks, and presentation materials
- Assist in marketing campaign planning and internal event support
- Contribute to website and blog updates, with opportunities to write or edit content
- Organise product data reports and support wider marketing functions
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and by the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary, Hours & Benefits
- Salary: £20,800 per annum
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective marketing and communications professional. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse campaigns, manage platforms, and support internal communications in a real business setting.
