Job Summary
We are excited to announce that we have an opening for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Central team in Hillsborough. The successful individual will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities for a division within the GRAHAM Group. Key areas of activity will include developing divisional marketing strategies, digital marketing, brand building and market research.
Our Marketing Managers play a key role in the delivery of divisional marketing and communications plan, which is aligned to the marketing strategy and organisations objectives. Working at GRAHAM means taking a collaborative approach and adopting both strategic and creative thinking.
We expect the successful candidate to have stellar communication skills, with the ability to prioritise, keeping a keen eye on the finer details. It is essential that they have solid IT skills and we would expect that they work in an organised and coherent manner, with a creative outlook. Previous experience of marketing or creating content specifically in the Construction industry is highly desirable. A relevant degree or equivalent would also be of interest, however demonstrable experience in a similar role, is a crucial requirement for the post.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing a business divisional marketing plan.
- Advising on and contributing to the digital and wider marketing strategy.
- Key contributor to all marketing campaigns.
- Developing campaign ideas, creative concepts and writing creative briefs.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of critical timelines for all campaigns.
- Liaise with and manage external agencies to deliver PR.
- Responsible for the development and optimisation of social media strategy, management of channels, content plans & approvals.
- Copywriting & proofreading of print and digital marketing material.

Essential Criteria:

- High degree of proficiency in creating and implementing content for social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
