We are hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing international food business with ambitious UK expansion plans. This is a high-impact opportunity for a supply chain professional to step into a strategic role and build out best-in-class operations from the ground up. This isn’t just another supply chain role - you’ll be the go-to expert across the UK market, shaping strategy, streamlining logistics, and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to bring exciting new products to market.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations across 100+ UK sites, ensuring product availability, distribution consistency, and supplier performance.
  • Procurement & Sourcing Strategy: Build and optimise supplier relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and implement robust sourcing strategies aligned with brand growth.
  • Product Innovation & Launches: Work hand-in-hand with marketing and operations teams to launch seasonal LTOs, new menu items, and supply chain-driven innovation.
  • Supplier & 3PL Management: Serve as the central point of contact for all logistics partners and suppliers - ensuring alignment, service levels, and contractual compliance.
  • Operational Improvements: Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain - from data-driven decision-making to automation and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Industry-relevant experience ideally with exposure to chilled/frozen distribution and multi-site operations.
  • Commercial Acumen: Comfortable negotiating supplier contracts, and identifying margin opportunities.
  • Proactive & Independent: Highly visible and autonomous role from day one.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to influence internal and external stakeholders and confidently present to senior leadership.
