We are seeking a proactive & detail-oriented professional to join our Business Development Project Management team in Basingstoke, leading the coordination of projects across multiple functions and countries. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of projects allowing stakeholder alignment and business impact. Your day-to-day activities:
- Coordinate efforts across different functions and countries to drive project success, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities while ensuring projects stay on track.
- Support project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Maintain and organise key project documentation, reports, and change requests.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication through structured meetings, agendas & status updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements, enhancing PMO tools and frameworks for greater efficiency.
Relevant competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in project management / PMO roles or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s desirable).
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in Retail, eCommerce, or FMCG is desirable.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools is desirable.
