As a Bar Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the service of drinks, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times.
