Holiday Home Sales Advisor – Mill Rythe Coastal Village, Hayling Island
Salary: £25,465 basic with an OTE of £50,000, 40 hours/ some weekends required. Accommodation provided for up to 12 months, Permanent full time contract.

What you’ll be doing:
- Guiding potential holiday homeowners through the full sales journey, offering a seamless, friendly, and informative experience.
- Showcasing our beautiful holiday homes and the lifestyle that comes with ownership at Mill Rythe.
- Proactively generating leads and following up with warm enquiries to convert into appointments and sales.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging style – in person and over the phone.
- A natural ability to build rapport, listen carefully, and understand customer needs.
- Experience working in a target-led or sales-focused role.
- A flexible, positive approach – including availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
- A full UK driving licence.
