This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to contribute to the success of a renowned public sector organisation based in Liverpool. The PA will offer valuable support to the leadership team, facilitating smooth operations and ensuring optimal productivity. Client Details Our client is a significant player in the public sector, operating at a large scale across multiple regions. They have a well-established reputation for their commitment to providing top-notch services and are known for their strong emphasis on employee development and work-life balance. Description Oversee HR Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and engagements. Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders with clear communication and collaboration. Arranging meetings as required, including distributing meeting agendas and documentation prior. Drafting and editing reports on behalf of the HR Director. Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and bookings. Create purchase orders as required and invoice reconciliation. All general admin support and ad-hoc duties. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. File and retrieve documents and reference materials. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.Profile A successful PA should have: Experience in a similar role within the public sector.
