Remote Phone Rep (Uncapped earnings)

This is a remote/working-from-home position. We are accepting candidates based in England. We have a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Proper Freedom team as the business grows and develops.

• Commission starting at 12.5% (you are selling £2,000 - £15,000 services). The average commission per sale is £200.00 - £1000 with an abundant flow of leads provided per month; the earning potential of this role is truly uncapped.

What do we need from you?

• Can commit to taking 4-5 hours of calls a day, Monday-Friday - 5 days per week (20-30 hrs/week) 1 day on the weekend.
• Ready to start ASAP (now).
• Excellent written and spoken English
• You are obsessed with results.
• Empathy (you actually care about our students)
• Passion to earn and target driven
• Strong technical and online documentation skills
• Hungry to succeed
• Consistent, reliable, and always looking to improve
• Punctual
• Positive “can do” attitude (no ego)
• You must be comfortable to produce results (this is a commission based role)

Please understand this is a commission only role. There is no base pay. Previous sales experience in the sales industry and high ticket coaching preferred.

Please also understand this is a commission only role and it’s remote. PS: As a commission based closer you are about one thing, leads. As a company we care about one thing, that you can close and hit KPI. Leads will never be an issue. Expectation is you close @ £5,000 average order value, at 20%. Previous closers have done this.

Note: The income you will be looking to earn is £3,000 - £4,000 a month in your first 30-60 days (this can be more). Then after 60 days, you should be hitting KPI and that will result in you earning £5,000 - £10,000+ as a standard for monthly commissions.
