Our client is the industry leader in supplying the fast fit industry and is well known for its exceptional levels of customer service, which is provided through their innovative IT systems and desire for improvement. The company has been established for over 40 years and today sells over 700,000 tyres in the UK alone, with a turnover of over £120 million. This has allowed them to open two new major distribution centres to continue their ambitious and on-going expansion strategies. Creating their own product to introduce to the marketplace, they have been disruptive and are pioneering to be the best in their category. Teaming world leading manufacturing facilities with European led product research, development and marketing they now distribute in over 70 countries.

About the role:

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • £6,000 bonus (uncapped)
  • 23 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays)

This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of a retail site in conjunction with the Workshop Manager. They will be jointly responsible for the effective management of 5 retail staff. With this business being family owned for over 40 years, the business has a positive culture with a strong focus around personal growth and internal progression.
