We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for someone to come in and join the Select Offshore support team. The role will involve on desk admin support for our client owners, such as posting job ads, moving candidates through the recruitment process including organising their travel, managing incoming calls and emails, and helping to maintain accurate candidate records on our CRM system. This is an entry-level role, and we would also consider it at apprenticeship level. Basic administrative experience would be an advantage, but not necessary.
What will you do?
- Adding jobs to our internal CRM/ATS system
- Moving candidates through the recruitment process
- Creating job templates
- Processing certificates
- Helping consultants with talent pools
- Responsible for answering any inbound calls and emails, ensuring good communication with candidates
- Posting job ads on external job boards
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal CRM/ATS system
- Support reporting analytics on recruitment activity for morning meetings
- Support organising travel/courses for contractors
