You’ll be joining a regional law firm that enjoys a strong reputation, recognised in legal 500 as well as leading individual in chambers all of which are made possible by our exceptional people. You will have a significant influence on how you want your experience and expertise to develop, and you will be strongly encouraged and supported to get involved in business development work, taking an active role in seminars and networking events, in addition to drafting monthly articles for publication.
Our Employment team is an award-winning team, led by Divisional Head, Sally Morris who is based at the Worcester office alongside Partner, Darryll Thomas who you will be working closely with on a daily basis. You will be based in the Worcester office, enjoy a mix of hybrid/flexible working which will be driven by business and client needs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within our dynamic Employment Division, where we handle a broad spectrum of cases for both employers and employees.
- Perform legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims.
- Draft court submissions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
3 to 8 years PQE in Employment Law.
- Proven experience handling employment tribunal claims and complex cases.
