  • Maintaining and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel using Monday.com
  • Drafting and sending client proposals and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Managing task and meeting coordination for the business development team and CEO
  • Creating and posting LinkedIn updates to maintain brand presence and engagement
  • Maintaining CRM records and ensuring sales data accuracy
  • Providing general office and administrative support as needed
