Class 1 Tanker Driver

Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver with Tanker experience to join our team, providing a first class service in Stratford-upon-Avon. You\’ll be undertaking the delivery & collection of product on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited.

We Do Not Require You To Have An ADR Licence And Have Various Shifts Available Please Just Ask

Shift Pattern: 4 On/4 Off – Tramping
Salary: £36,180.19 Per Annum (inclusive of nights out)
Hours: 48 Over 4 Days
Holidays: 20 Days Per Annum (Excluding Bank Holidays)

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer\’s premises or other MDS locations.
Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided)
Assisting with loading and unloading
Tramping is required
Weekend and Bank Holiday work may be required

HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements:

A full UK C+E licence
12 months previous class 1 driving experience preferred
Previous bulk Tanker tipping experience using pump and/or compressor (desirable – Full training will be provided)
No more than 6 points on your licence
No previous disqualifications
Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations
