GTM Specialist Recruiter (EMEA & US) – AdTech / Digital Media / SAAS / Influencer Marketing

Salary: Up to £50K + 50% comms (+ stocks)

We’re on the hunt for an Agency Sales Manager to join the commercial team of a fast-growing global media tech business—one that’s changing how brands understand and reach modern TV audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who either already has experience in agency sales or comes from the media agency world (planning/buying) and is looking to make the move tech side into an innovative, high-growth environment.

What’s the role?

• Managing and growing relationships with UK-based media agencies, particularly those handling international planning and buying
• Pitching cutting-edge data and advertising solutions that help brands reach viewers across TV, CTV, and digital platforms
• Building awareness and trust with agency teams through smart storytelling, insight, and collaboration
• Working closely with internal teams to align strategy, delivery, and client success
• Playing a key role in driving revenue and growing the company’s presence in the agency ecosystem

What we’re looking for:

• Either a solid background in agency sales within digital media / Adtech OR a rising star from a media agency with strong planning/buying experience and a hunger to grow on the commercial side
• Strong knowledge of the media and advertising landscape, including how global campaigns are bought from UK hubs
• Confidence, drive, and a consultative mindset—you enjoy working closely with people and solving real-world challenges with data
• A passion for technology and innovation, especially in areas like connected TV, audience measurement, and digital transformation
