Job Description

Reporting to the EMEA Programmatic Lead you will create impact within our Programmatic capability. We take pride in our achievements setting us apart in the industry. You will contribute to support the business through consulting with clients to advance their strategy, implementing media and technology programs on behalf of amazing brands, pitching, and supporting all aspects of our client's media activation. Additionally, you will develop and support their team and the display department as a whole through training, mentorship, and larger process implementation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promote the latest Programmatic technology solutions and industry trends
  • Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions that span all areas of the digital spectrum
  • Mentor and educate members of the Programmatic Display Team to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual’s ongoing personal development
  • Manage resourcing and allocation across a large client portfolio
  • Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients, including asset development, client communication, and in-person client presentations
  • Align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharing
  • Oversee/ensure deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions
  • Develop client analysis to build and advance client strategies

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in overseeing the management & success of a large client portfolio
  • Demonstrated expertise of display advertising, specifically programmatic, real-time bidding, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies
  • Skills using Google / Digital Marketing Products including Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, GA4
  • Familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
  • Adept at Excel/Sheets skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities
  • Client-centric - You will love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Analytics & Reporting - You will be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
  • Creative Problem Solving - You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
  • Team Collaboration - You will be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
