This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer to lead and grow a local team while working on a diverse range of projects.
Your Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in both project delivery and strategic development. This includes:
- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Overseeing the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, particularly in the residential and commercial sector
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, and calculations
- Ensuring compliance with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
- Driving project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to expand our Civil Engineering capability in Birmingham
What You’ll Need:
- Strong background in infrastructure design, especially for residential developments
- Proven client-facing experience and commercial awareness
